Geranium has recently been successfully cultivated in South Africa. The plant is stilled and the oils are mostly used in skin products, bath oils, cosmetics etc. There is a big market at present for the products derived from this plant. I am excited for the opportunities the successful cultivation of this plant can provide to the agricultural sectors of the South African economy.
